Thanks to everyone who turned out and helped to make last Friday's Making Connections Symposium on the First Year Experience such a successful event. Nearly 250 folks from 20 colleges (including a substantial LaGuardia cohort) came to hear Virginia Tech faculty & staff share their innovative, discipline-based First Year program, learning how they use ePortfolio to link academics with advisement to build student success.
